Write for us
We welcome pitches that bring a fresh, grounded perspective to mindfulness as a practice of attention. Send proposals through the Contact page, with enough detail for us to understand the idea and its shape.
What we welcome
We consider clear, original proposals about attention, reflection, stillness, presence or personal rituals. A useful pitch might explain an idea, compare approaches without claiming one suits everyone, explore a tradition with care, or offer a reader a thoughtful prompt for noticing something familiar. Keep the subject focused and the value to readers specific.
What makes a good pitch
Tell us the working title, central idea, intended reader and the main points the piece would explore. Explain what makes the angle distinct and note any sources or specialist knowledge the subject would require. We favour measured claims, precise language and writing that respects different experiences. We do not consider pitches built on guaranteed results, disguised promotion or uncredited copied work.
How to send it
Submit your proposal through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option to route it to the right place. A pitch is a proposal, not a guarantee of publication. Please do not send a complete unsolicited article unless we have asked for one.
